Common questions from job seekers
How do I apply?
Use the application form on our Find Work page. It takes a few minutes and covers your trade, experience, and availability. You don't need a resume to get started.
Does applying cost anything?
No. There is never a cost to apply or to join our workforce network.
What types of jobs are available?
Openings vary by location and trade, spanning construction, skilled trades, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and general labor. Check our Jobs page for current openings, or apply to join the workforce network for opportunities as they open.
How will I know when a job becomes available?
Once you're in our workforce network, our recruiting team reaches out when an opening matches your trade, location, and availability.
Can I apply without a resume?
Yes. The application asks about your trade, skills, and experience directly — a resume is optional and can be added if you have one.
What areas do you have jobs in?
We currently place workers in Georgia, Tennessee, Indiana, Texas, Arizona, Ohio, and Virginia. Availability varies by trade and jobsite within those states.
What documents are required after being hired?
Standard employment eligibility documentation is collected as part of onboarding after a placement is confirmed. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, banking details, or other sensitive information through the public website or application form.
